Redmi has introduced the K Pad 2 tablet alongside the K90 Max smartphone. Like the earlier model, the new device follows a compact tablet design while focusing on high-end performance.
The Redmi K Pad 2 features an 8.8-inch LCD with a resolution of 3008 x 1880 pixels.
The screen supports a 165Hz refresh rate, reaches up to 1,100 nits peak brightness, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The tablet is available in Deep Black, Space Silver, and Electric Violet colors.
The K Pad 2 is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor, which is the company’s current flagship chipset.
It is paired with 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM, along with 256GB or 512GB of storage. The tablet runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3.
The rear camera uses a 13MP sensor. On the front, the device includes an 8MP camera for video calls and selfies.
The Redmi K Pad 2 packs a 9,100mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging.
The 8GB + 256GB version is priced at $498. The 12GB + 256GB model costs $557, while the 16GB + 512GB version is priced at $703.
