Lenovo is returning to the smartphone market with the updated Legion Y70, which is scheduled to launch on May 19.
The company teased several key specifications last week, and more details about the 2026 model have now been confirmed.
The Lenovo Legion Y70 2026 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The processor will be paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Lenovo has also equipped the phone with a 5,500mm² vapor chamber for thermal management.
The phone will feature a Q10 AMOLED LTPO display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The panel will also support a 360Hz touch sampling rate, up to 7,000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and full DC dimming. The Lenovo Legion Y70 2026 will be available in Carbon Black and Ice Soul White color options.
Lenovo has confirmed that the Legion Y70 2026 will include a 50MP Sony LYT 710 main camera with optical image stabilization.
The rear camera setup will also include an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2 in 1 auxiliary sensor.
For selfies and video calls, the phone will feature a 32MP front camera.
The Legion Y70 2026 will pack an 8,000mAh battery. Lenovo has now confirmed support for 90W wired fast charging and bypass charging.
Other features include IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, improved Wi Fi and cellular connectivity, and dual eSIM support.
Customers in China can already pre-reserve the device ahead of its May 19 launch.
