Huawei has introduced its All-in-One Smart Charging Power Bank with a 12,000mAh battery, two-way 100W fast charging, and offline location tracking.
The power bank costs approximately $59. Huawei says it is among the first devices to meet China’s updated compulsory CCC safety standard.
The power bank can connect to compatible phones through Bluetooth. Users can make it ring when it is nearby or view its last recorded position when it goes out of range.
The location system supports map navigation and floor-level positioning. Users can also receive alerts when they leave the power bank behind, and notifications when it reconnects or its location becomes available again.
Phones running HarmonyOS 6.1 or later can display the remaining charge level and issue low-battery or high-temperature warnings. The Huawei AI Life app also allows users to check battery temperature, voltage, health information, and firmware updates.
The power bank supports Huawei SuperCharge and can deliver up to 100W through a single port. Huawei says it can charge a compatible Mate 80 Pro to approximately 85% in 30 minutes.
Its two-way charging support also allows users to recharge the power bank at up to 100W with a compatible charger. Huawei claims this improves its own charging speed by 20% compared with the previous model.
A built-in liquid-silicone USB-C cable attaches magnetically to the side when not in use. Huawei has also included a separate USB-C port.
Users can charge two devices simultaneously. In this mode, the built-in cable delivers up to 66W, while the additional USB-C port provides up to 40W. Pass-through charging also allows the power bank and a connected device to charge from one wall adapter.
Huawei says the integrated cable can withstand 10,000 bending, pulling, and connection cycles.
Huawei has equipped the power bank with its Whale high-safety battery cells, ceramic insulation and five NTC temperature-monitoring points across the battery, circuit board, built-in cable and USB-C port.
The company says the system performs up to 1,000 safety checks each second. It also uses graphite-based thermal materials and offers 15 safety protections covering overheating, overcharging, excessive current, short circuits and voltage problems.
