Honor has officially introduced the Honor X7e Plus, bringing several upgrades over the standard Honor X7e that launched in May. The new model gets a bigger battery, improved durability, and a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset, while keeping the same camera hardware.

The Honor X7e Plus features a 6.87-inch TFT LCD with a 720p resolution.

Durability has also been improved considerably. The phone carries an IP69K rating, protecting against dust as well as high-temperature, high-pressure water jets.

Honor also claims the device can withstand drops from heights of up to 2.5 meters.

The X7e Plus is available in Velvet Black, Meteor Silver and Desert Gold.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset.

It comes with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, while storage options include 128GB and 256GB.

On the software side, the X7e Plus runs MagicOS 10.0 based on Android 16.

Honor has also included its full AI feature suite, including AI Image to Video 2.0, AI Eraser, AI Recorder and Magic Portal.

The camera hardware remains unchanged from the standard Honor X7e.

The X7e Plus has a 50MP main camera on the back and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

One of the biggest upgrades is the 8,100mAh battery, which is 600mAh larger than the 7,500mAh battery found in the regular X7e.

Charging remains unchanged at 45W.

The Honor X7e Plus starts at $245 in the UAE.
