Honor has introduced refreshed mid-range laptops for 2026, the Notebook X14 Plus and Notebook X16 Plus, while also launching a compact version of the MagicPad 3 Pro tablet in China. The new products focus on portability, updated processors, larger batteries, and higher-end displays.

The Honor Notebook X14 Plus is a smaller laptop, weighing around 1.27kg and measuring 14.9mm thick. It features a 14-inch display with options up to 2880 x 1800 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. A lower-cost Full HD version is also available.

The Notebook X16 Plus uses a larger 16-inch display and weighs 1.64kg. Its higher-end version offers 2560 x 1600 resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both laptops use eye-protection LCD panels with reduced blue light and flicker control.

Both notebooks feature metal chassis designs, full-size backlit keyboards, and fingerprint scanners integrated into the power button. The X16 Plus offers 1.6mm key travel, while the X14 Plus uses 1.5mm.

The Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 12.3-inch focuses heavily on display quality. It uses a 165Hz OLED panel with up to 3,000 nits brightness, slim 3.9mm bezels, and 5,280Hz PWM dimming for improved comfort during long sessions.

Compared with the larger 13.3-inch version, which uses an IPS panel rated at 1,100 nits, the smaller model offers deeper blacks and stronger contrast.

The tablet also has a slimmer body at 4.8mm thick and weighs 450g, compared with 5.8mm and 595g for the larger version.

The Notebook X14 Plus and X16 Plus are powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processors, which Honor says can deliver up to 52W of performance.

Both laptops include 16GB LPDDR5X RAM running at 7467 MT/s, a 1TB SSD, and an additional slot for storage expansion.

Connectivity options include two USB-C 3.2 Gen2 ports, two USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC. Both models also include dual speakers, dual microphones, and a 720p webcam.

The MagicPad 3 Pro runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, positioned just below the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 used in the larger version.

Honor also includes productivity features such as PC mode, support for external displays, and an upcoming keyboard folio accessory.

The Notebook X14 Plus and X16 Plus include a 720p webcam for video calls.

Honor did not reveal camera specifications for the MagicPad 3 Pro in the announcement.

Both laptops pack an 80Wh battery, with a claimed runtime of up to 14 hours. Charging is handled through a 65W adapter, and both also support 60W reverse wired charging.

The Notebook X14 Plus starts at $878 for the Full HD version, with sales beginning April 30. The higher-resolution version will launch in May for $952.

The Notebook X16 Plus starts at $910, while the higher-end version costs $980. Sales begin April 30.

The MagicPad 3 Pro uses a 10,100mAh battery, reduced from 12,450mAh on the 13.3-inch model.

Pricing starts at $585 for the 8GB + 256GB version and rises to $833 for the 16GB + 512GB model. It is already available in China.
