Vivo is expected to launch the Vivo S60 in China on May 29, and a new Geekbench listing has revealed key hardware details ahead of the event.

The phone appeared on Geekbench with the model number V2571A. The listing shows that the Vivo S60 will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, the same chipset used in last year’s Vivo S50.

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 includes one prime core clocked at 3.01GHz, four performance cores running at 2.80GHz, and three efficiency cores at 2.02GHz. The chipset is paired with the Adreno 735 GPU.

The Geekbench listing also confirms that the Vivo S60 will run Android 16 and offer up to 16GB of RAM.

In Geekbench CPU tests, the phone scored 1,960 points in single-core and 5,194 points in multi-core.

The benchmark listing comes shortly before Vivo’s scheduled launch event in China on May 29.

The company is expected to unveil the Vivo S60 and Vivo S60 Vitality Edition at the event.

Both models are expected to share a similar design and come in Starry Sea, Early Summer Green, and Midsummer Night color options.

Vivo is using the same SoC in the S60 (V2571A) as they did in the S50 last year. It will come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip (SM8635) – 1 core @ 3.01 GHz + 4 cores @ 2.80 GHz + 3 cores @ 2.02 GHz – paired with the Adreno 735 GPU, Android 16, and up to 16GB RAM.… pic.twitter.com/GGbSiouXoy

The standard Vivo S60 is expected to offer configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The Vivo S60 Vitality Edition may start with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, making it the more affordable option in the lineup.

Leaks suggest the Vivo S60 could feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone is also rumored to pack a 7,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It may also include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo S60 is expected to feature a 50 megapixel triple camera setup. Leaks also point to a Sony IMX series periscope telephoto sensor.

Other expected features include stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, an IR blaster, and IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.

Vivo has not yet confirmed the full specifications, but more details are expected as the launch date gets closer.
