Islamabad Traffic Police has announced a special traffic plan for Eid ul Azha to ensure smooth traffic flow around cattle markets in the federal capital.
According to the traffic advisory, special traffic arrangements have been made around temporary cattle markets to maintain road safety and prevent congestion during the Eid season.
The traffic police said more than 350 officers and personnel will perform duties under the plan.
Citizens have been advised not to park vehicles on roadsides near cattle markets and to use designated parking areas instead.
The advisory further stated that traffic police officers would remain present in the field to guide commuters, while citizens were urged to cooperate with traffic personnel and follow the issued traffic plan to avoid inconvenience.
