Tecno has introduced the latest member of its Spark 50 series, the Spark 50 Pro. The new smartphone stands out with IP68 and IP69 ingress protection ratings and a distinctive rear design.
The back of the device features a camera plate inspired by the iPhone 17 Pro series, although it houses only a single camera sensor.
Since the Tecno Spark 50 is already available in Pakistan, there is a high chance that the Spark 50 Pro will arrive here as well.
The Tecno Spark 50 Pro features a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The available colors are Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Midnight Blue, Dynamic Orange, and Cloud White.
Powering the Spark 50 Pro is MediaTek’s 4G Helio G100 Ultimate chipset. The device is available with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
On the software side, the phone runs HiOS 16 based on Android 16.
Tecno has also included its AI suite, which offers several AI-powered features such as the Ella AI Agent, AI Writing, AI Health Assistant, and AI Noise Cancellation during calls.
The Spark 50 Pro comes with a single 50MP rear camera that uses Sony’s LYTIA 600 sensor sized at 1/1.95″ with 0.8μm pixels and PDAF. The sensor measures 1/1.95 inches and is paired with an f/1.8 aperture.
An 8MP camera on the front handles selfies and video calls.
Tecno is offering the Spark 50 Pro with two battery options, depending on the market. One version features a 5,600mAh dual-cell battery, while another comes with a 6,000mAh single-cell battery.
Both battery variants support 60W wired charging. Tecno also claims that the batteries will retain more than 80% of their original capacity after six years of daily use.
At the time of writing, Tecno has not announced pricing or availability details for the Spark 50 Pro.
