Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy A37 and Samsung Galaxy A57 in Pakistan on April 28. The two mid-range phones bring upgrades in design, performance, cameras, and software support while continuing Samsung’s popular Galaxy A-series lineup.
Both phones feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and gaming.
The Galaxy A57 comes with a slimmer metal frame, measuring 6.9mm thick and weighing 179g. It also carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Galaxy A57 will be available in Awesome Navy, Awesome Gray, Awesome Icyblue, and Awesome Lilac.
The Galaxy A37 will be offered in Awesome Lavender, Awesome Charcoal, Awesome Graygreen, and Awesome White.
The Galaxy A57 is powered by the Exynos 1680 processor built on a 4nm process. It includes the Xclipse 550 GPU and an upgraded NPU rated at 19.6 TOPS. Samsung has also added a 13% larger vapor chamber for better heat management.
The Galaxy A37 uses the Exynos 1480 chipset, previously seen in the Galaxy A55.
Both phones run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16, and Samsung promises six years of Android OS upgrades and security updates.
The Galaxy A57 also includes AI features such as Best Face, Auto Trim, improved Object Eraser, and Voice Transcription.
Both devices feature a 50MP main rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and improved Nightography for better low-light photos and videos.
On the front, both phones use a 12MP selfie camera. The Galaxy A57 includes a 12MP ultra-wide camera, while the Galaxy A37 comes with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. Both models also feature a 5MP macro camera.
The Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 pack 5,000mAh batteries with 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 support. Samsung says the phones can charge from 0 to 60% in around 30 minutes.
In Pakistan, the Galaxy A37 price starts at Rs 149,999 for the 256GB storage and 8GB RAM variant. The Galaxy A57 is priced at Rs 166,999 for the 256GB storage and 8GB RAM model.
The 256GB storage with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage with 12GB RAM variants of the Galaxy A57 are priced at Rs 184,999.
