The Punjab government has decided to keep theater drama timings fixed between 8 pm and 11 pm across the province.
The Punjab Information and Culture Department decided after reviewing reports from relevant departments.
According to the decision, theater performances will continue to be staged during the same hours even after the lockdown ends, in a move aimed at maintaining discipline.
The government has also formed special monitoring committees to ensure strict compliance with the new timings at all theaters across Punjab. These committees will continuously review observance of the rules.
