The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced the registration schedule for NRE Step 1 in 2026.
The online portal will open on 27 August, while candidates can submit their applications until 10 September 2026.
The National Registration Examination (NRE) Step 1 will take place on Sunday, 11 October 2026. PMDC confirmed the dates in an official public notice dated 21 August 2026.
The council has assigned the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Rawalpindi, to conduct the examination.
According to the official notice, the NRE online registration portal will remain open from 27 August to 10 September 2026. Interested candidates must complete their registration during this period.
Applicants should submit their forms before the closing date to avoid any last-minute problems with the online portal.
