The Embassy of Italy in Islamabad has reported an unprecedented surge in dubious and forged documents attached to study visa applications.

It has advised study visa aspirants to strictly avoid submitting fake papers, especially documents related to means of subsistence.

The embassy warned that presenting forged documents will lead to the immediate rejection of a current visa application.

It added that such malpractice may also harm any future visa applications.
