The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the match officials for the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Australia, which will be played in Rawalpindi and Lahore from May 30 to June 4.
Sri Lanka’s Graeme La Brooy will lead the playing control team as match referee for all three ODIs. La Brooy represented Sri Lanka in nine Tests and 44 ODIs between 1986 and 1992.
Pakistan’s Ahsan Raza, England’s Richard Kettleborough, and Sri Lanka’s Kumar Dharmasena, all members of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will serve as on-field umpires during the series.
The first ODI will take place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on May 30. Kumar Dharmasena will stand as an on-field umpire alongside Pakistan’s Asif Yaqoob, who is part of the ICC Emerging Umpires Panel.
Richard Kettleborough will serve as the third umpire, while Faisal Khan Aafreedi will be the fourth umpire.
The second ODI will be played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on June 2. Richard Kettleborough and Faisal Khan Aafreedi, a member of the ICC International Panel of Umpires, will officiate on the field.
Kumar Dharmasena will serve as the third umpire, and Asif Yaqoob will be the fourth umpire.
The third and final ODI will also be held at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on June 4. Kumar Dharmasena and Ahsan Raza will perform on-field duties, with Richard Kettleborough serving as the third umpire.
Pakistan’s Nasir Hussain, a member of the ICC International Panel of Umpires, will serve as the fourth umpire.
Graeme La Brooy will continue as match referee for the third ODI, completing his role across the entire series.
