Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced that Muzaffargarh’s first women-focused food street is now operational, turning a previously underutilized area into a functional public and commercial space.

According to details, the initiative has been designed to support women by prioritizing stall allotment for widows, single mothers and female vendors, ensuring targeted economic opportunities for those groups.

Vendors at the food street have been provided with multiple facilities, including complimentary carts, rent-free kiosks, free access to electricity and designated parking areas, reducing the cost of setting up and running small businesses.

I am pleased to share that Muzaffargarh’s first female-centric food street is now fully operational, transforming a previously underutilized urban space into a vibrant culinary and cultural hub.
