Motorola has introduced the Moto G47 as part of its latest product lineup, alongside the Moto G37, Moto G37 Power, Moto G87, and three Razr 70 series foldables. The new device brings a high-resolution main camera, fast refresh rate display, and Android 16 software.

The Moto G47 features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and includes a punch-hole cutout for the front camera.

The phone comes in three color options: Pantone Impenetrable, Pantone Nautical Blue, and Pantone Fuchsia Red.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

It offers up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 1TB through a microSD card.

On the software side, the Moto G47 runs Android 16 with Hello UX. Motorola has not confirmed how many Android version upgrades or security updates the device will receive.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, wired Hi-Res Audio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, eSIM support, water touch support, IP64 splash resistance, and MIL-STD-810H durability certification.

The rear camera module uses a squircle-shaped design and includes a 108MP main sensor with support for 3x lossless zoom.

It is joined by a 2MP Macro Vision camera and a 2-in-1 light sensor that combines an ambient light sensor with a flicker detector.

For selfies and video calls, the phone includes an 8MP front-facing camera.

The Moto G47 packs a 5,200mAh battery with support for 20W wired charging and 6W reverse wired charging.

Pricing details have not yet been announced.
