The City Traffic Police Lahore has extended working hours at all licensing offices across the provincial capital, with centers now operating from 8 am to 12 am midnight.

Officials said the decision was made to improve public facilitation and reduce congestion at licensing centers.

According to officials, Lahore currently has 12 licensing testing centers and 33 license facilitation centers that provide driving license and related services to citizens across the city.

The announcement was made by newly appointed Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore, Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi, while chairing a high-level meeting to review the performance of licensing centers.

The meeting was attended by the DSP Licensing, in-charges of all licensing centers, and other relevant staff.

During the session, officials reviewed the performance of licensing facilities and discussed measures aimed at improving service delivery for citizens seeking licenses and related services.

Officials said the revised schedule will apply to all licensing offices across Lahore, allowing residents easier access to services while helping manage public turnout and reduce pressure on service centers across the city.
