Google’s upcoming Pixel 11 lineup could be more expensive and may also see changes to memory configurations due to a global RAM shortage, according to recent leaks .

Reports suggest the base model could drop from 12GB to 8GB of RAM, while Pro models may introduce 12GB variants below the current 16GB tier.

The changes may affect pricing across the lineup. While 16GB configurations are still expected to be available, adding lower-spec versions could lead to higher prices for top-tier models.

The broader memory shortage is also affecting other manufacturers, including Samsung, which is reportedly raising prices.

All devices in the Pixel 11 series are expected to use the Tensor G6 chipset, built on TSMC’s N2 2nm process.

The CPU is said to include one ARM C1-Ultra core at 4.11GHz, four C1-Pro cores at 3.38GHz, and two C1-Pro cores at 2.65GHz.

The chipset is expected to feature a PowerVR C-Series CXTP-48-1536 GPU, a Titan M3 security chip, a MediaTek M90 modem, and a new Tensor Processing Unit.

The standard Pixel 11 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with 1080 × 2424 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz PWM, and up to 2,200 nits peak brightness.

It may offer 8GB or 12GB of RAM, a new main camera likely rated at 50MP, and a battery with a rated capacity of 4,840 mAh, expected to be marketed as 5,000 mAh.

Color options are said to include black, green, pink, and purple.

The Pixel 11 Pro is expected to include a 6.3-inch OLED display with 1280 × 2856 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz PWM, and 2,450 nits peak brightness.

It may feature 12GB or 16GB of RAM, a new main camera, a new telephoto camera, and a rated battery capacity of 4,707 mAh, likely marketed as 4,850 to 4,900 mAh.

The Pixel 11 Pro XL is said to feature a 6.8-inch OLED display with 1344 × 2992 resolution and a similar refresh rate and brightness.

It may also include 12GB or 16GB of RAM, updated main and telephoto cameras, and a 5,000 mAh rated battery, expected to be advertised as 5,100 to 5,200 mAh.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is expected to include a folding internal display with 2076 × 2160 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2,050 nits peak brightness.

The cover screen may feature a 1080 × 2342 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2,450 nits peak brightness.

It is expected to offer 12GB or 16GB of RAM and a rated battery capacity of 4,658 mAh, likely marketed as 4,800 mAh.

The Pixel 11 Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold are expected to remove the thermometer feature seen in previous models. It may be replaced with an RGB LED array inside the camera bar, similar in concept to the Glyph interface.

The leak also suggests that IR face unlock is unlikely to be included in the 2026 Pixel lineup, as the feature is reportedly not ready for release.
