Xiaomi has announced the Smart Band 10 Pro during its latest ecosystem event in China.
The new fitness tracker brings a brighter display, closer integration with Apple devices, and a dedicated gaming mode.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro looks more like a standard smartwatch than a traditional fitness tracker.
It features a rectangular 1.74-inch AMOLED display with narrow symmetrical bezels and a 60Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi says the screen can reach 2,000-nit peak brightness, which should improve outdoor visibility. The band measures 9.7mm thick and weighs 21.6 grams without the strap.
The standard model uses an aluminum casing. Xiaomi is also offering a white ceramic version at a higher price, along with silicone, leather, and Milanese strap options.
The Smart Band 10 Pro uses a new dual-light, dual-PD heart rate sensor.
It supports continuous heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, and sleep tracking. Xiaomi has also added heart rate variability monitoring, allowing the software to provide fatigue and recovery analysis.
The band includes built-in GNSS, which allows users to track outdoor runs and rides without carrying a phone.
It also supports more than 150 sports modes.
The Smart Band 10 Pro runs Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3. It works with Xiaomi phones and smart home devices. However, Xiaomi has also added features for iOS users.
The band supports Apple Health syncing, dual device notifications, and quick commands similar to Siri Shortcuts.
Xiaomi has added a new gaming mode to the Smart Band 10 Pro. When enabled, the band tracks heart rate and stress levels during gameplay. It can also show game progress and vibrate when the player’s character is about to respawn. After the match, the band generates a summary report of the user’s physical stats.
Xiaomi says the Smart Band 10 Pro can last up to 21 days on a single charge under standard use. With always-on display enabled, battery life is rated at around eight days.
The device has 5ATM water resistance and includes NFC support for transit cards and offline payments.
The standard aluminum Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is available in China for about $58. The ceramic model costs around $70. The leather strap version is priced at about $68.
