The Sohail Akhtar Sukhaira, Regional Police Officer (RPO), distributed helmets among police personnel during a ceremony held at Police Lines in Faisalabad.
The event was attended by Sahibzada Bilal Umar, City Police Officer (CPO), and Mian Tariq Mahmood.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Tariq Mahmood appreciated the police’s role in maintaining law and order, stating that their efforts help ensure public safety and stability in the city.
CPO Sahibzada Bilal Umar said authorities are taking additional measures to reduce traffic accidents. He stressed that both citizens and police personnel must follow traffic rules, noting that adherence to laws is essential for an orderly society.
RPO Sohail Akhtar Sukhaira directed officers to ensure the use of helmets during duty.
He urged police personnel to set an example by adhering to traffic regulations and to encourage citizens to do the same. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining courteous behavior when dealing with the public.
