The Punjab School Education Department has announced a fresh e-transfer round for teachers promoted to new positions, awaiting postings, or seeking mutual transfers.
According to a notification issued on June 22, teachers will be able to submit transfer applications through the e-transfer system from June 23 to June 30, 2026.
The department said appeals submitted during the process will be reviewed between July 1 and July 6, while final transfer and posting orders will be issued on July 9.
The latest transfer round covers teachers promoted to higher grades, those awaiting posting orders, and employees seeking mutual transfers.
The notification also directed district education authorities to ensure that all promoted teachers are properly tagged on the School Information System (SIS). It warned that teachers who fail to submit sufficient preferences for vacant posts, or do not submit any preferences, may be posted by the department against any available vacancy through the SIS portal.
