The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has completed a major phase of the CM Punjab QR Panic Button System by integrating all Metro, Speedo, and Electric Buses in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Multan into its digital safety network.

According to a PSCA spokesperson, passengers can scan the QR Panic Button installed inside buses to instantly access verified information about the vehicle, driver, and route.

In an emergency, passengers can contact Emergency Helpline 15 through a voice call, video call, or live chat, allowing authorities to respond quickly.

The PSCA said the initiative aims to enhance passenger safety and provide faster access to emergency assistance during public transport journeys.
