GWM Pakistan has removed the ORA 03 electric hatchback from its official vehicle lineup and booking portal, indicating that the model is no longer available to customers in the local market.
The company has not issued a formal statement confirming the model’s discontinuation. However, its removal from both the official lineup and booking platform suggests that GWM Pakistan has stopped offering the electric hatchback.
Sazgar Engineering Works Limited introduced the ORA 03 in Pakistan in 2024 as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). The company launched the model with a price tag of Rs. 8.999 million.
The ORA 03 now appears to have given way to newer models in GWM Pakistan’s electric vehicle lineup. The company has introduced the ORA 05 Electric SUV and ORA 07 Electric Sedan, which are now among its local ORA offerings.
GWM Pakistan has not disclosed why it removed the ORA 03 from its lineup. The model’s relatively high price, limited demand, resale concerns and Pakistan’s developing EV charging infrastructure may have contributed to its weak market performance, although the company has not confirmed any of these factors.
The ORA 03’s removal comes as Pakistan’s EV market continues to develop, with automakers adjusting their lineups as they assess demand and market conditions.
