The National Database and Registration Authority has launched a revamped official website aimed at transforming how citizens access identity services, data, and support.
The new platform is designed as a fully integrated digital system, offering easier access to key services such as CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC, CRC, and other certification processes for both local and overseas Pakistanis.
The website reflects NADRA’s broader shift from traditional paper-based systems to one of the world’s largest biometric identity frameworks, with services now presented in a more structured and user-friendly format.
A major feature of the platform is the Geospatially Referenced Demographic Information System, which allows users to view and analyze registration data through interactive maps.
The system also provides district-level comparisons of census and registration data along with downloadable thematic maps.
The platform integrates statistical and analytical data, including national indicators, provincial breakdowns, and trends, offering a comprehensive view of Pakistan’s civil registration system. It also connects union council-level records such as births, deaths, marriages, and divorces.
Verification services have been consolidated into a single section to support sectors such as banking, telecommunications, and government institutions.
A dedicated Right to Information section has been introduced, allowing users to submit requests, track progress, and receive responses within defined timelines.
Customer support has been expanded with a 24-hour call center, IVR system, email support, and an improved complaint resolution system with visible performance metrics.
The upgraded platform also includes a modernized careers portal with verified login through Pak ID and easier access to job opportunities.
