Lenovo has introduced the ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 Snapdragon Edition in selected international markets, adding Qualcomm’s latest ARM-based processors to its business laptop lineup.
The new model uses a redesigned chassis that is more rigid while keeping the laptop lightweight at 1.19kg.
The ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 is available with two 14-inch IPS display options, both with a resolution of 1,920 × 1,200 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate.
The touchscreen option reaches 400 nits of brightness and covers 45% of the NTSC color gamut.
The non-touch version offers a brighter 500-nit panel with 100% sRGB coverage.
Lenovo has also redesigned the chassis to improve rigidity without significantly increasing weight.
Buyers can choose between Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X2 Plus X2P-42-100 processor and the more powerful Snapdragon X2 Elite X2E-80-100.
The laptop supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5X-9600 memory.
Storage is handled by compact M.2 2242 SSDs.
Offering both Snapdragon X2 Plus and X2 Elite options allows Lenovo to target different workloads, ranging from regular office tasks to heavier multitasking.
The ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 comes with a 58Wh battery.
It also supports Wi-Fi 7 for faster and more reliable wireless connectivity.
The Snapdragon platform is designed to offer improved efficiency and longer battery life while helping keep the laptop lightweight.
The ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 Snapdragon Edition is already available in selected markets.
The base model with the Snapdragon X2 Plus, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD costs around $2,539.
The Snapdragon X2 Elite version starts at around $3,325 with 32GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD.
The 512GB variant costs approximately $3,405, while the 1TB model is priced at around $3,578.
Lenovo is expected to expand availability to more markets, although regional pricing may vary.
