Among the key projects is The Regalia, a luxury residential scheme that is expected to become one of Lahore’s flagship high-end developments. The project will be built on a 7.1-kanal plot in the CBD Qaid District.

Alongside it, authorities have also planned a large mixed-use complex spread over 41 kanals, aimed at boosting tourism and commercial activity in the provincial capital.

CBD Punjab has also invited bids for new commercial projects, including the auction of plots for petrol stations in NSIT City.

Officials say these sites will not be limited to fuel stations alone, as international food chains and retail outlets are also planned as part of the broader commercial setup.

According to CBD Punjab CEO, the new projects are expected to support economic activity and generate thousands of jobs, while also adding to Lahore’s growing portfolio of premium urban developments.

The latest approvals reflect CBD Punjab’s continued focus on high-value real estate, commercial infrastructure, and mixed-use development as it looks to position Lahore as a more modern business and tourism destination.
