Honor has introduced a new high-power charger during its recent gaming-focused launch event. The accessory is called the Honor WIN 360W GaN Adapter and is priced at $75 in China.
The charger was launched alongside Honor’s new laptops, including the Honor WIN H9.
The Honor WIN 360W GaN Adapter is designed mainly for the WIN H9 gaming laptop, though it may also work with other compatible gaming laptops. It uses a traditional DC barrel connector instead of USB-C.
Honor has not announced any official converters, though third-party options may be available. The charger measures 85 x 85 x 33mm. It weighs around 420 grams.
The adapter delivers up to 360W output, placing it among higher-power laptop charging solutions.
Honor said the charger uses a combination of GaN (gallium nitride) and SiC (silicon carbide) materials.
These materials are commonly used in premium chargers because they can improve efficiency and heat management while helping reduce size.
Honor also mentioned the use of automotive-grade technology, though the company did not provide specific details. This may relate to durability or thermal performance during long periods of heavy use.
Honor is selling the adapter separately rather than limiting it to bundled laptop purchases.
This allows users to buy it as a replacement charger or as an extra unit for travel, provided their device is compatible.
