Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi has announced that passport services will soon be available at the 24/7 NADRA Mega Center in Gujranwala.
During his visit to the center, Naqvi reviewed facilities for citizens applying for identity cards and other documents and interacted with visitors to ask about their experience.
Citizens expressed satisfaction with the services, saying they received their turn quickly and did not have to wait for long. Naqvi visited different counters and the information desk and directed staff to provide complete guidance and information to visitors.
He also took immediate notice of complaints raised by some citizens and ordered officials to resolve them.
The interior minister praised the NADRA Mega Center staff for managing the rush effectively and stressed that citizens should not have to visit the center repeatedly to complete their work.
