Fly Jinnah has sought regulatory approval to launch direct flights between Islamabad and Moscow, marking a potential expansion of air connectivity between Pakistan and Russia.

According to reports, the airline plans to commence operations on the Islamabad-Moscow route from July 27, subject to the necessary approvals from aviation authorities. The proposed service is expected to provide travelers with a new direct travel option between the two capitals and further strengthen air links between the two countries.

The move comes amid growing interest in enhancing trade, tourism and business ties between Pakistan and Russia. Direct air connectivity is expected to facilitate travel for businesspersons, tourists and members of the Pakistani community seeking easier access to Russia.

If approved, the route would add to Fly Jinnah’s expanding network and offer passengers an additional international travel option from Islamabad. Further details regarding flight schedules, frequencies and ticket sales are expected once the required permissions are granted.
