The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that its IRIS platform and allied online services will remain temporarily unavailable from August 8 to August 10 due to planned system maintenance.
Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL), the IT arm of FBR, said the maintenance activity will begin on August 8 at 12:30 AM and continue until August 10 at 5 PM.
During this period, taxpayers and users will not be able to access the IRIS platform or perform related online transactions. The services are expected to resume immediately after completion of the maintenance work.
PRAL has advised government departments, organizations and other stakeholders to make necessary arrangements in advance to minimize operational disruptions during the maintenance window.
An advisory banner regarding the temporary unavailability will also be displayed on the IRIS portal before the maintenance begins.
FBR’s Contact Center will remain operational throughout the maintenance period to assist users with queries and technical support.
