The Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A), operating under the Finance Department of the Government of Punjab, has invited applications for its flagship Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2026, offering selected candidates a monthly stipend of Rs. 150,000 for one year.
The one year program is designed to give fresh graduates hands on experience by placing them at the center of Punjab’s evolving Public Private Partnership (PPP) ecosystem, where they will work on live projects alongside experienced professionals.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 150,000 throughout the one year program.

P4A will select only 15 Young Professionals for the program. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a test and interview, while no TA or DA will be admissible.
The authority said the YPP is a one year structured professional development initiative and does not constitute a job or guarantee regular or contractual employment.

The completed application form, along with attested copies of academic degrees and transcripts, experience certificates (if available), CNIC, a recent passport size photograph, and an updated CV, must be submitted by July 22, 2026 .
P4A has reserved the right to increase or decrease the number of selected candidates without assigning any reason.
