The Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC) Tarlai has become fully operational following the successful completion of its pilot phase, with eight government services now being provided to citizens under one roof. The centre is aimed at facilitating residents by bringing multiple public services closer to their local area. The services available at CFC Tarlai include issuance of domicile, birth and death certificates, along with marriage certificate and divorce registration facilities. Citizens can also obtain a Fard, International Driving Permit and document attestation services at the centre.

A large number of citizens availed themselves of various services during the pilot phase of CFC Tarlai. From July 29 to August 11, a total of 106 domicile cases were processed, while 95 birth certificates and 47 marriage certificates were issued during the same period.

The centre also processed 47 marriage certificate cases and 31 Fard cases during the pilot phase, while 15 death certificates were issued between July 29 and August 11. Real-time monitoring of all facilities and services at the state-of-the-art building is also being carried out to ensure effective service delivery.

Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Memon said CFC Tarlai was providing important government services to citizens under one roof. He said the full operationalisation of the centre would provide greater convenience to residents in accessing government services, while citizens have expressed appreciation for the availability of these facilities within their area.
