Amazfit has announced the Balance 3, a new smartwatch priced at $369.99. The stainless steel model is available for pre-order in the US, with shipping expected to begin in mid June. A lighter titanium version is also expected later.

The Amazfit Balance 3 has a 51.4mm case and measures 14.6mm thick. The stainless steel version weighs 62 grams, while the upcoming titanium model weighs 55 grams.

The watch features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass. The screen reaches up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness, making it easier to read outdoors.

The smartwatch also carries a 10ATM water resistance rating, making it suitable for swimming and recreational diving.

The Balance 3 focuses on workout and recovery tracking through Amazfit’s HybridCharge Energy Intelligence system. The feature uses training load, daily stress, and sleep data to help users understand their physical capacity and recovery needs.

The watch supports more than 180 sports modes, including HYROX-specific tools such as built-in training plans and pace simulations.

For outdoor training, the Balance 3 includes dual-band GPS, offline maps, turn-by-turn navigation, and automatic rerouting when users move off course.

The smartwatch offers 24/7 monitoring for heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, and stress. It can also send alerts for abnormal heart rate readings or low blood oxygen levels.

For daily use, the Balance 3 includes a built-in speaker and microphone for Bluetooth calls, NFC for digital cards, and a built-in flashlight with red and white light options for night visibility.

The Amazfit Balance 3 packs a 658mAh battery. Battery life is rated at up to 21 days under typical use, while enabling the always-on display reduces the estimate to about seven days.

The stainless steel version is priced at $369.99. The titanium version will be available later for $449.99.
