NVIDIA has added Firefox support to GeForce NOW, allowing Windows users to stream supported PC games directly through Mozilla’s browser without downloading the dedicated GeForce NOW app.

Firefox joins Chrome, Edge, and Opera among Windows browsers that support NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service.

Users need the latest version of Firefox and can access GeForce NOW through the service’s web player.

Since games run in the cloud, users do not need to install the games locally or wait for large downloads and updates. The setup also reduces the amount of local storage required.

GeForce NOW Ultimate members can stream through Firefox with GeForce RTX-powered performance at up to 1440p resolution and 120 frames per second.

Mozilla says Firefox users can access more than 2,000 PC games through GeForce NOW on Windows.

NVIDIA is also adding 12 games to GeForce NOW this week, led by Gallipoli .

NVIDIA notes that the listed dates refer to releases on their respective stores. GeForce NOW availability can differ because games are added to the cloud service throughout the week.

Gallipoli is the latest entry in BlackMill Games’ WW1 Game Series.

The game features 25v25 objective-based battles between soldiers of the British and Ottoman Empires across coastal, desert, and urban environments.

It includes 10 historical classes and more than 50 authentic weapons and equipment options. Players can take roles including Officer, Heavy Machine Gunner, Sniper, and Stretcher Bearer.

GeForce NOW users can stream the game without installing it locally and can continue playing across supported PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, handhelds, and other devices through cloud saves.

Users can also try the service through a GeForce NOW day pass. If they later move to a Performance or Ultimate membership, NVIDIA says the cost of the day pass can be applied toward their first membership purchase.
