The University of the Punjab (PU) has released its second merit list for regular undergraduate programs for the 2026-27 academic session.
According to the official admission schedule, the university scheduled the second merit list for August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Applicants can check their selection status through the university’s official admission portal.
The merit list covers eligible candidates seeking admission to BS 1st Semester and BS 5th Semester regular programs.
Students whose names appear in the second merit list must complete their admission requirements and deposit the required dues by August 17, 2026, within banking hours.
Candidates should not delay the fee payment. Failure to deposit dues within the given period may affect their admission offer.
Applicants who did not secure admission in the second merit list can still wait for the upcoming lists. Punjab University will release the third merit list on August 19, followed by the fourth list on August 24. The fifth and final merit list, if required, will appear on August 28, 2026.
Students can check the merit list through the Punjab University Admission Portal . They need to open the Merit Lists section, select the relevant semester and program, and check the available selection list.
Meanwhile, the schedule for Self-Supporting, Afternoon, Evening and Replica programs is different. Their first merit list is scheduled for August 13, 2026, while the second list will follow on August 19.
