Punjab Traffic Police has ordered a province wide crackdown against traffic violations, directing officials to ensure strict enforcement of traffic laws across all districts. According to an official directive issued by SSP Headquarters Syed Nadeem Abbas, all Chief Traffic Officers (CTOs) and District Traffic Officers (DTOs) have been instructed to ensure 100 percent implementation of traffic regulations.

According to an official directive issued by SSP Headquarters Syed Nadeem Abbas, all Chief Traffic Officers (CTOs) and District Traffic Officers (DTOs) have been instructed to ensure 100 percent implementation of traffic regulations.

The orders call for strict action against violations related to helmets, seat belts, and lane discipline, while directing officers to implement a zero tolerance policy against traffic rule violations.

DIG Traffic Punjab also directed authorities to launch an extensive enforcement campaign across the province and ensure equal implementation of traffic laws without discrimination.

The directive further stated that Traffic Headquarters Punjab will review the performance of all districts after every seven days.

Head of Traffic Punjab Muhammad Waqas Nazir also instructed education teams to intensify awareness campaigns regarding driving licenses and traffic rules. He urged citizens to follow traffic laws and demonstrate responsible driving behavior.
