The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) received 4,901 consumer complaints against telecom operators in June 2026, according to data updated for the month.

The authority redressed 4,611 of these complaints, resulting in an overall redressal rate of 94.08 percent.

Cellular Mobile Telephony recorded the highest number of complaints during the month. PTA received 4,188 complaints in this category and redressed 3,984 of them. This resulted in a redressal rate of 95.13 percent, the highest among the major complaint categories.

Internet Services had the second-highest number of complaints, with 581 cases reported in June. Of these, 513 were redressed, giving the category a redressal rate of 88.3 percent.

This was the lowest redressal rate among the four telecom service categories listed in the PTA data.

For Basic Telephony (Fixed Line), the PTA received 109 complaints and redressed 93. The category recorded a redressal rate of 85.32 percent.

Wireless Telephony (WLL) generated 23 complaints during the month. The PTA redressed 21 of these complaints, resulting in a redressal rate of 91.3 percent.

Overall, 94.08 percent of the consumer complaints received against telecom operators were redressed in June 2026.

Cellular Mobile Telephony remained the dominant complaint category, accounting for more than four-fifths of the total complaints received during the month.
