Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsud has added another Guinness World Record to his name after completing 38 full-extension one-hand punches while holding a 10-kilogram weight in one minute.

The feat surpassed the Guinness World Records target of 30 punches. According to the official certificate, Mehsud achieved the record in Dera Ismail Khan on March 19, 2026.

With the latest achievement, Mehsud has now established around 70 Guinness World Records in strength and fitness-related categories. His record-breaking performances span push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, step-ups, knee strikes, elbow strikes, side jumps, high jumps, and star jumps, among others.

He has also set records while using weights of 100 pounds, 80 pounds, 60 pounds, and 40 pounds.

Over the years, Mehsud has broken or surpassed records associated with athletes from 20 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, India, China, Norway, Germany, France, Finland, the Philippines, Spain, Italy, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, and Syria.

His influence also extends to his students, with 20 of them having achieved Guinness World Records of their own.
