The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced the restoration of services at its Madinah Registration Center in Saudi Arabia after a temporary suspension during the 2026 Hajj season.
According to NADRA, the office will resume operations on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in line with the completion of Hajj-related arrangements and the directives of the Saudi authorities.
With the reopening, Pakistani nationals living in Madinah and nearby areas will once again be able to access NADRA’s registration and identity-related services locally.
NADRA had suspended services at its Madinah office on April 12, 2026, following instructions from the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah due to the annual Hajj season. The authority had stated at the time that services would resume once the pilgrimage concluded.
During the suspension, NADRA increased staffing at its Jeddah Registration Center to accommodate the additional demand from Pakistani citizens requiring identity and registration services.
The authority also reminded overseas Pakistanis that many of its services remain available through the Pak ID mobile application, while those requiring further assistance can contact the Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah.
