Two of the leaked devices appear to be different-sized laptops with designs similar to Lenovo’s Chromebook Plus 14.

The third is a tablet with a detachable keyboard and rear kickstand. Its design reportedly resembles Lenovo’s IdeaPad Pro Gen 2. The leak is the first indication that Googlebook branding may extend beyond conventional laptops to tablet-style devices.

The number of USB-A and USB-C ports appears to vary between the three models. However, all of them use a white finish and include a light strip resembling Google’s Glowbar.

Google has said every Googlebook will feature a functional Glowbar that will help distinguish the devices from other computers. The company has not yet fully explained how the light strip will work.

Reports also suggest similar illuminated hardware could appear on upcoming Pixel phones, although Google has not confirmed that connection.

Google announced Googlebook in May as a new category of premium computers built around Gemini Intelligence.

The platform combines parts of Android’s technology stack with ChromeOS and is designed to work closely with Android phones. Users will be able to access supported phone apps and files directly from their Googlebook.

One of its main features is Magic Pointer. Users can shake or wiggle the cursor to activate Gemini and receive contextual suggestions based on what appears on the screen.

For example, the system can recognise a date in an email and suggest creating a calendar event. It can also combine selected images or help users complete other tasks through contextual prompts.

Googlebook will also support custom AI-generated widgets. Gemini can connect with services such as Gmail and Google Calendar to organise information inside a personalised desktop panel.

Google has not announced model names, specifications or prices for Lenovo’s leaked devices.

The company has only confirmed that the first Googlebooks will become available in fall 2026. Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP and Lenovo are developing the initial hardware.

The leaked 2-in-1 suggests that the first Googlebook lineup could include more form factors than Google showed during its original announcement. However, Lenovo and Google have not officially confirmed any of the pictured devices.
