Lenovo has introduced the LOQ 15AHP11, a new budget gaming laptop aimed at users who want solid 1080p gaming performance without moving into the premium Legion range.
The laptop combines newer AMD and NVIDIA hardware with a more distinct design than many entry-level gaming laptops.
The Lenovo LOQ 15AHP11 comes in a whirlwind green finish with black bezels and keyboard accents. Lenovo is also offering a matching wireless mouse in some regions.
The laptop features a 15.3-inch IPS display with a 1920 x 1200 resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and full sRGB color coverage.
Brightness reaches up to 300 nits, which should be suitable for indoor gaming and everyday use. The machine weighs around 2.1kg, keeping it fairly portable for a gaming laptop in this category.
The LOQ 15AHP11 is powered by AMD’s Ryzen 7 250 processor. The chip has 8 cores and 16 threads, uses the Zen 4 architecture, and can boost up to 5.1GHz. It is based on a refreshed Hawk Point platform and also includes Radeon 780M integrated graphics.
For dedicated graphics, Lenovo is offering NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050, RTX 5060, and RTX 5070 Laptop GPU options. Each GPU comes with 8GB of GDDR7 memory and power limits of around 115W.
The new Blackwell GPUs bring support for DLSS 4, improved ray tracing performance, and updated AI features compared with the previous generation.
The laptop supports up to 32GB of DDR5 5600 memory. It also includes dual M.2 SSD slots for storage expansion.
Port options include USB4 and HDMI 2.1. For wireless connectivity, the laptop supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
Pricing starts at around roughly $1,645 in the US, depending on configuration. The Lenovo LOQ 15AHP11 is available across Europe, including Germany and Switzerland, as well as the UK, Canada, and Australia.
