The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Education has prohibited teachers from visiting the department during their duty hours, ARY News reported.
According to the orders issued by the education department, departmental action will be taken against anyone violating the directive.
Teachers will only be allowed to visit the department to resolve their issues on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and those visits must be made strictly outside school timings.
The department has also directed District Education Officers to remain present during the designated visiting days.
In addition, authorities have been instructed to resolve teachers’ issues within 15 days, with a warning that no delay will be tolerated.
The orders were issued by the Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education.
