The government has increased the price of jet fuel for aircraft by Rs13.23 per litre after raising the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene oil, according to reports.
A notification issued on Saturday fixed the new jet fuel price at Rs251.20 per litre.
Officials said the latest increase follows a sharp rise in international oil prices, which pushed up fuel costs across the board.
The revised jet fuel rate will add pressure on aviation operating costs as Pakistan continues to face volatility in global energy markets.
