Women in Punjab can now check and download their e-challans from home through the Women Safety App, according to the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA).
The digital facility allows female drivers to access their vehicle’s e-challan information, review traffic violation records, and download challan copies directly to their mobile phones.
The process is simple. Users need to open the Women Safety App and go to the E-Challan section.
They can then search for their challan, open the relevant record to check its details, and download the challan to their device.
The process can be completed in three basic steps: Search Challan, Check Details, and Download Challan.
The Women Safety App has been developed by the Punjab Safe Cities Authority as part of its digital safety services for women across Punjab.
The app is available for smartphones, including through Google Play and Apple’s App Store.
Women can check their challan records and review traffic violation details through the e-challan facility. They can also download a copy directly to their device. PSCA designed the feature to make e-challan information easier to access without visiting an office.
PSCA also provides an online e-challan verification service through its traffic management system.
The facility allows women to check traffic fines and manage their e-challan records from home quickly and conveniently.
