The Haval H6 GT PHEV has been spotted in Pakistan, strengthening speculation that the sportier plug-in hybrid could soon make its local debut.

The H6 GT is a coupe style version of the H6 and serves as the top variant in the H6 lineup. GWM already sells the model in markets including Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Brazil and South Africa.

The GT distinguishes itself from the regular H6 PHEV with a more aggressive exterior, including red brake calipers and a sloping coupe style roofline. The cabin also gets sportier design elements and GT branded seats.

Performance marks another major difference. The H6 GT PHEV produces 430 horsepower, compared with 360 horsepower from the standard H6 PHEV. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.58 seconds, while the regular version takes 4.8 seconds.

The GT also packs a significantly larger battery. Its approximately 35 kWh battery provides an electric range of up to 183 kilometers, compared with the 19 kWh battery and 100 kilometer electric range of the standard H6 PHEV. The upcoming model also features several other upgrades over the regular H6 PHEV, although details about those additions remain limited.

The H6 GT has previously been linked to a potential Pakistani launch, with Sazgar’s COO Ali Hameed confirming earlier that the model was expected to arrive in Pakistan this year. The latest sighting further points toward a possible launch, but Sazgar has not yet announced an official launch date.
