Changan has officially launched the Nevo Hunter REEV in Pakistan, introducing what the company describes as the world’s first REEV 4×4 truck to the local market.

The new pickup combines an electric powertrain with range extender technology, 4×4 capability and SUV-like comfort. Changan says the Nevo Hunter offers a combined range of more than 900 kilometers, giving buyers the ability to travel longer distances without relying solely on charging infrastructure.

The Changan Nevo Hunter REEV comes with a 2.0-liter turbo engine and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system. The vehicle produces 322 horsepower and 529 Nm of torque. It features a 31.18 kWh battery and offers a claimed 131 km electric range under the NEDC cycle.

With its fuel and electric power systems combined, the pickup offers a claimed range of more than 900 km and comes with a 70-liter fuel tank.

The Nevo Hunter measures 5,380 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width and 1,920 mm in height, with a 3,180 mm wheelbase.

The vehicle uses an AWD drivetrain and offers multiple driving modes for different conditions. Normal driving modes include Eco, Comfort, Sport, Traction and Custom, while off-road modes include Snow, Mud, Sand, Crawl, Towing and Off-road.

The Nevo Hunter REEV comes with a 12.3-inch infotainment display, a six-speaker audio system and 50W wireless charging.

Safety equipment listed for the Pakistan-spec model includes six airbags, electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), anti-lock braking system (ABS), traction control, parking sensors and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

The pickup is positioned around a combination of electric performance, 4×4 capability and SUV-like comfort. The company is promoting the Nevo Hunter under the tagline “Explore Your Freedom,” highlighting its ability to combine everyday usability with long-distance and off-road capability.

The Nevo Hunter REEV carries an introductory price of Rs. 10,990,000, while the booking amount has been set at Rs. 2,200,000. The introductory price is subject to terms and conditions.
