The award was presented by Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar and Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan (APSUP) Chairman Prof. Dr. Ch Abdul Rehman during a ceremony at Governor House, Lahore.
