Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PSX: PICT) has been formally notified that shares in InnoVest Mauritius Limited have been registered in the name of Sea Link Group Ltd following approval from the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius.
According to the notification sent to PICT’s company secretary, the approval was received on April 28, 2026, confirming the transfer of shares to Sea Link Group Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Seychelles.
The company was requested to update its statutory registers, disclosures, and corporate records in line with applicable regulations.
The development marks another step in the broader acquisition process through which Sea Link Group is seeking to acquire control of PICT through offshore holding structures. Earlier disclosures showed that Sea Link planned to acquire at least 83.41 percent shareholding in PICT through a combination of direct agreements and a public offer.
Under the proposed structure, Sea Link is acquiring ownership of InnoVest Mauritius Limited, which directly and indirectly holds nearly 80 percent stake in PICT through associated entities.
Sea Link Group operates in container terminal operations, freight forwarding, logistics, and maritime transport across regions including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Central Asia.
