The Punjab Agriculture Department has urged farmers to deposit their interest-free loan payments under the Chief Minister Punjab Kisan Card scheme on time to remain eligible for further financing and attractive rewards.
According to an official spokesperson, loan recovery under the third phase of the Kisan Card program has been underway since April 16, 2026.
Farmers who clear their dues promptly will receive the next instalment of interest-free agricultural loans within 24 hours.
Authorities have set April 25, 2026, as the deadline for submitting outstanding payments. Farmers meeting this deadline will also qualify for a lucky draw offering thousands of prizes worth millions of rupees.
Officials said the initiative aims to promote timely repayments, ensure continued financial support for farmers, and encourage participation through incentive-based rewards.
