The Peshawar Safe City Project has signed an agreement with TransPeshawar to connect live camera feeds from Bus Rapid Transit stations with the Safe City surveillance system.

The agreement was signed on Friday at the Safe City Project headquarters, marking the start of formal technical cooperation between the two organizations.

According to a statement, cameras installed at BRT stations have now been linked with the Safe City Project, expanding the city’s surveillance network.

Officials described the partnership as an important milestone for improving public security, strengthening monitoring and ensuring a faster response to incidents.
