MSI has introduced the MEG Vision X2 AI+, a new high-end gaming desktop that places AI more visibly at the center of the system.
Instead of only relying on software tools or a dedicated AI key, MSI has built a secondary display into the front of the PC case to house an AI pet to talk to.
MSI calls the cylindrical front display the AI Holostage. It acts as a physical home for LuckyClaw, an AI companion that runs locally on the desktop.
According to MSI, users can interact with LuckyClaw through natural voice or text commands. The assistant can adjust system performance profiles, change monitor settings, and switch RGB lighting colors.
Users who do not want MSI’s default mascot can also use custom third-party avatars. In simple terms, the feature works like a voice-controlled settings menu with a visual character.
MSI says the software will receive updates over time to add more features.
Beyond the built-in display, the MEG Vision X2 AI+ is a high-end gaming PC.
The desktop can be configured with Intel Core Ultra processors and up to an Nvidia RTX 5090 graphics card. MSI says the system can deliver up to 3400 TOPS of total AI performance.
To cool the hardware, MSI has included a 360mm liquid cooler.
The system also uses MSI’s Project Zero motherboard design, which moves all power connectors to the back of the motherboard. This helps hide cable clutter and keeps the interior cleaner behind the glass side panel.
The MEG Vision X2 AI+ includes modern hardware support, including PCIe 5.0 storage, DDR5 memory, Wi-Fi 7, 5G Ethernet, and Thunderbolt 5.
MSI has not announced pricing or a release date yet.
